Basic Overview
This takes you though creating a matching quiz in Hot Potatoes, then uploading to Moodle.

This video also talks about uploading your own videos to YouTube.  You don't have to do that part if you don't want to.  Pay attention to the part that talks about getting the embed code and putting into a Hot Potatoes activity.  You can do this with any YouTube video.
