Design a SPECIFIC workout plan for your client. Attach the training video, slide presentation or step-by-step workout manual to help your client reach his/her goal.

Be sure to include the full 5-component workout with specific exercises for each muscle group with pictures/diagrams and detailed instructions, sets/reps for each exercise, number of days per week. For cardio, calculate and include target heart rate.
