P

Pifer-Book Creator

I use the Book Creator app on my iPad to have students write stories based on hands-on experiences in the classroom.  We take pictures of different experiments and other events and load them onto the book creator pages.  Then we write a sentence about it.  Lastly, we include a video of the sign language example of what we are doing.  When the book is complete we download it so the link can be shared with families and the communication can carry over to the home.

PowerPoint

I use PowerPoint for daily journals prompts and lecture notes in history classes. It's a great way to have a visual for the students to look at while we have class discussion.
